Easy 15-Day Return Policy

  • You may return your item within 15 days of delivery of your shipment.
  • In the rare event that you have received a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
  • The product cannot be earrings (this includes earring/necklace sets) and body jewellery.
  • All returns must have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained by completing this form. No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number.
  • Any item(s) damaged due to customer neglect, misuse, abuse, tampering, unauthorized repairs or alterations are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your item qualifies for a refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 business days.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted items are final sale.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning each item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund if you received free shipping. Flirt jewellery will cover shipping fees if an error occurred on our part. For your protection, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit.
